Na-Young is an open and empathetic psychologist who prioritises an affirmative, inclusive and intersectional approach to providing support and care.
Na-Young has previously worked as a psychologist in private, hospital and school settings and has experience working with individuals throughout the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults. Across these settings, she has provided counselling, psychological treatment and psychometric assessments for a range of presentations. She has a special interest in providing support across anxiety and mood disorders, trauma and neurodivergence.
Na-Young has experience and training in providing support through multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy.
Na-Young is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
